Work
Things we built, and what was hard about them.
Nine products. Each page covers what the system actually does and the engineering decision that mattered most — not a testimonial. Where something is built but not yet serving, it says so.
Bits N Pixels
A software consultancy's site rebuilt as a platform — CMS, client portal, invoicing and multi-gateway payment links, with no CSS framework anywhere.
Encore Episode
A vertically-integrated event commerce platform — ticketing, gate control, cashless payments and vendor settlement in one system.
eSign Platform
An e-signature platform with envelopes, templates, a REST API and a tamper-evident certificate of completion behind every signed document.
Property Marketplace
A verified-first property portal — listings that carry evidence, in-app messaging, and a shortlist and visit flow built around actual buyer behaviour.
Mongolfer
An international golf equipment store — deep multi-category catalogue, cross-border shipping rules and merchandising that a small team can run.
Faretel Travels
A travel brand built around enquiry quality — destinations, curated packages and a booking path designed to produce useful leads rather than volume.
SwagMyStore
A services brand with a storefront attached — a broad capability range and a shop, kept navigable rather than sprawling.
SmartNet LLC
An AI and software services brand with a wide capability and sector matrix — around thirty pages that have to stay navigable and distinct from each other.
Vector Flow
A content-managed marketing site with its own admin — services, industries and posts editable without a deploy, and enquiries handled as a workflow.
01 / About these
What is on these pages, and what isn't.
Each case study describes the system as it actually works, verified against the live product. They are written for someone deciding whether we would be useful on their own problem.
What you will not find is a results section. Conversion lifts and revenue figures would be the most persuasive thing we could put here, and they are exactly the numbers we are least entitled to publish on a client's behalf. Where a client is happy to release a figure, it goes on the page with their name against it — and until then, nothing stands in for it.

The useful conversation usually starts from a process that is slow, expensive or error-prone — not from a technology. Tell us what is not working.
