This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may request cancellations, modifications,
or refunds for services provided by Blutrain Private Limited. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described
in this document. We strongly recommend reading this policy before placing any order or signing a service agreement.
1.) General Principles
All service agreements are governed by the following core principles:
- All sales are subject to a formal written agreement or purchase confirmation.
- Refund eligibility varies based on the nature of the service, work completed, and timing of the cancellation request.
- Digital services and custom development work are partially or fully non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@theblutrain.com.
- All refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days.

3.) AI & Automation Services
3.1) Covered Services
AI Business Automation, Custom AI Solutions, AI Chatbot Development, Generative AI Integration, AI Voice Assistant Solutions, Workflow Automation Systems, Intelligent Data Processing, AI Customer Support Systems.
3.2) Policy
- Due to the high customization involved, AI projects are non-refundable once model training, data processing, or integration work has begun.
- A 100% refund is available if cancelled before any technical work commences.
- If a project is cancelled mid-way, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work remaining, at our sole discretion.
- API costs, third-party AI platform fees, and licensing costs are non-refundable in all cases.
- Free discovery calls and consultations do not guarantee a refund if the project is later cancelled.
4.) Web & Software Development
4.1) Covered Services
AI-Powered Website Development, Custom Web Application Development, SaaS Platform Development, Business Software Solutions, CRM & ERP Integration, API Development & Integration, Cloud-Based Application Development, Enterprise Software Solutions.
4.2) Policy
- Cancellation before project kickoff: 100% refund minus any administrative or consultation fees.
- Cancellation after wireframe/design approval: 50% refund on the remaining balance.
- Cancellation after development begins: Refund based on work not yet completed; no refund on delivered modules.
- ALive/deployed websites or applications are non-refundable once handed over.
- Third-party licenses, hosting fees, and domain registrations are non-refundable.
- Bug fixes requested post-delivery are covered under the warranty period and do not qualify for refunds.
5.) Mobile App Solutions
5.1) Covered Services
Android App Development, iOS App Development, Cross-Platform Mobile Apps, On-Demand Service Apps, AI Mobile App Development, Mobile App UI/UX Design, App Maintenance & Optimization.
5.2) Policy
- Cancellation before UI/UX design begins: 100% refund.
- Cancellation after design approval but before development: 50% refund.
- Cancellation during development: Refund proportional to unstarted work only.
- App Store / Google Play submission fees are non-refundable.
- App Maintenance & Optimization retainers: Cancellable with 30 days' notice; unused days in the current billing cycle refunded pro-rata.
6.) Digital Transformation Services
6.1) Covered Services
Business Process Digitization, AI-Driven Digital Transformation, Smart Workflow Solutions, Paperless Office Systems, Cloud Migration & Setup, Remote Team Infrastructure Setup.
6.2) Policy
- Consultation and audit reports are non-refundable once delivered.
- Cloud migration work is non-refundable once migration has commenced.
- Setup and configuration work (remote infrastructure, paperless systems) is non-refundable after initiation.
- Full refund available only if cancelled before any audit, discovery, or planning work begins.
7.) E-Commerce & Marketplace Solutions
7.1) Covered Services
AI-Powered E-Commerce Stores, Multi-Vendor Marketplace Development, Subscription Platform Development, Payment Gateway Integration, Booking & Scheduling Systems, Customer Loyalty & Rewards Systems.
7.2) Policy
- Full refund available if cancelled before design or development begins.
- Payment gateway integration fees are non-refundable once configuration begins.
- Subscription platforms: Refund available for untouched milestones only.
- Live stores handed over to the client are non-refundable.
- Monthly maintenance/retainer plans can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice; no partial-month refunds.
8.) Marketing & Growth Solutions
8.1) Covered Services
AI Digital Marketing, SEO & Performance Optimization, Social Media Automation, AI Content Creation, Email & WhatsApp Automation, Lead Generation Systems, Sales Funnel Automation.
8.2) Policy
- Monthly retainer plans: Cancellable with 30 days' written notice. No refund for the current active month.
- One-time campaign setups are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Content created (articles, ads, scripts) is non-refundable once delivered.
- Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable.
- SEO packages: Results are not guaranteed; refunds are not issued based on ranking outcomes.
- Automation setup fees are non-refundable once workflows are configured and tested.
9.) Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure
9.1) Covered Services
Website Security & SSL Setup, Cloud Server Setup & Management, Cybersecurity Solutions, Firewall & Network Security, Backup & Disaster Recovery, IT Infrastructure Consultation.
9.2) Policy
- Security audits and penetration testing reports are non-refundable once the audit is performed.
- SSL certificates, security licenses, and software tools are non-refundable.
- Firewall and network configuration: Non-refundable once deployed.
- IT Infrastructure Consultation: Non-refundable after the consultation session is completed.
- Ongoing monitoring/management plans: Cancellable with 30 days' notice; no refund for current billing cycle.
10.) Smart Consumer Services (B2C)
10.1) Covered Services
AI-Based Home Service Marketplace, Electrician & Plumber Booking Platforms, Local Service Aggregator Apps, Real-Time Service Dispatch Systems, Smart Appointment Booking Systems, AI Recommendation Engines.
10.2) Policy
- Platform development projects follow the same policy as Web & Software Development (Section 4).
- Booking platform setups are non-refundable once backend configuration is complete.
- AI recommendation engine integrations are non-refundable once data training begins.
- Dispatch system setups are non-refundable post-deployment.
11.) UI/UX & Branding
11.1) Covered Services
Modern UI/UX Design, Brand Identity Design, Product Prototype Design, Interactive Dashboard Design, Conversion-Focused Landing Pages.
11.2) Policy
- Refund available if cancelled before initial concepts are shared.
- Once concepts or wireframes are delivered, 50% of design fees are non-refundable.
- After final design approval, no refund is applicable.
- Brand identity packages (logo, guidelines) are non-refundable once drafts are delivered.
- Revisions are included as per the agreed scope; extra revision requests are billable and non-refundable.
12.) Emerging Technologies
12.1) Covered Services
AI Agent Development, Voice AI Solutions, Computer Vision Solutions, Predictive Analytics Systems, IoT & Smart Automation, Blockchain Integration Services.
12.2) Policy
- Emerging technology projects involve significant R&D investment and are non-refundable once work begins.
- Blockchain integration and smart contract development: Non-refundable once contracts are deployed to testnet or mainnet.
- Computer vision and predictive analytics: Non-refundable once model training begins.
- IoT setup and hardware configuration costs are non-refundable.
- Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects: 50% refundable if cancelled before POC delivery; non-refundable after delivery.
13.) Exceptions & Special Circumstances
Refunds outside the standard policy may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Failure: If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to our own fault, a full or partial refund will be issued.
- Force Majeure: Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for events beyond either party's control.
- Duplicate Payment: Immediate full refund for accidental duplicate transactions.
- Incorrect Billing: Any billing error on our part will be corrected and refunded promptly.
14.) Limitation of Liability
To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:

15.) Disputes & Escalation
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by:
- Replying to the refund decision email with additional supporting documentation.
- Requesting a call with our senior management team.
- All disputes are governed by the laws of the laws of India and shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
